Have you always had Bumps on your Upper Arms?
These are small bumps that do not itch and sometimes for a white head on your upper arms (usually on the back where there more difficult to reach. You were more than likely born with these bumps. There is no reason to be embarrassed by them. A large part of the population has them. There called Keratosis Pilaris and there hereditary. There is no cure, its simply the way your skin is built and they will always be there. They are not always isolated to your upper arms either. I have them on the front of my thighs as well. If you try to pop one you will get a small amount of hardened white sebum. These little bumps tend to scar badly so its not wise to do so.
The only way to get rid of them is to scrub them for 20 seconds or longer with something rough like a luffah. I prefer the kind used to get rough skin off of your heels. Just make sure that you don’t scrub do hard that you scrub your skin right off. Also make sure you put lotion on the scrubbed area afterward.
